ABOUT GLENN CERESOLI & WORKSHOP / RETREAT CALENDAR
Glenn’s first yoga experience was with Integral Yoga in 1979.
After having had a severe motorbike accident in 1983, damaging his left knee and his neck, he sought alternatives to surgery and discovered Iyengar Yoga.
Getting fast and deeply immersed in the Iyengar Yoga method, Glenn became an apprentice Iyengar Yoga Teacher. He has been consistently and regularly practising Iyengar Yoga over the past 40 years.
Glenn’s yoga journey has been enthusiastic, intense and committed from the start, gaining a wealth of experience along his path. His technical expertise of the yoga practice and the means to articulate it effortlessly and eloquently reveals insights into the nature of mind, human behaviour and the practice of Yoga.
Inspiration has been Glenn’s fuel right from the start. A hunger to clearly understand both Yoga and himself challenged and guided him to a lifetime of learning and practice. Developing, refining and always seeking the hidden, multi-dimensional wisdom, derived from practising and living Yoga.
We have all experienced teachers who have inspired us to extend ourselves beyond our boundaries and who have left an imprint on our approach to practising and teaching Yoga. Glenn is this teacher. Through his technical expertise, his understanding of the role of asana in yoga psychology and his intensity, he encourages us to look for ever-increasing depths in our practice and provides the necessary guidance.
To experience Glenn’s insight, inspiration, his sense of focus and presence for yourself, you are welcome to attend any of his workshops and retreats across Europe, Asia and Australia—event listings and booking details below.
