Price—A$70 per session

For this series of workshops, we will explore a range of asanas and variations with particular attention to a methodical approach to asana and variations, explaining some of the strategies behind them. We will work with combining techniques, the sequential order in which we apply them, in order to have an understanding, rather than just playing follow the leader to my instructions. The intention is to learn to be your own leader, free to make informed decisions of your own according to your personal circumstances.

Moksha, ultimate freedom, is the primary purpose of practicing yoga. Along the way, there are many benefits we gain.

Yoga is a gift to us all.


Props Requirement

1 Mat, 2 Blocks, 2 Belts, 4 Blankets,1 Bolster, 1 Chair. Folded blankets can be used to substitute for a bolster. Improvise where you need to and how you see fit.
